We left Death Valley on March 2nd. The prior evening we had run into Vern Mossey (Oshawa Camera Club), a 'friend of long standing' and some of his photographer buddies who planned to shoot at Zebriskie at dawn ... and thought they'd get some
'+*\@|#' rain!. Well, as the photographs show, the next morning was generally overcast and did turn into rain as we drove to Las Vegas.
But ... the spring flowers had started to bloom!
Editorial Comment for the Curtis': "Pahrump NV has really changed since we drove through together in '97!. Houses, stores, etc, etc. Amazing! " So says 'The Grump from Pahrump'.
